AREA

41 apartments

Originally completed as part of the City Village development in the 1980s, this existing building had outgrown its viability as an office building. The brief was to transform the development into 41 high specification serviced apartments while respecting the sensitivity of the Conservation Area setting.

Together with achieving the necessary Change of Use, the opportunities offered by the building were maximized focusing on daylight, openness, luxury, and comfort including the provision of new rooftop units with views to the Monument and the River Thames.

The flexible spaces - studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and disabled accommodation - have received glowing reviews from the apartment operator, Go Native. They are a contemporary ‘home away from home’, in keeping with their luxurious central London location and have proved to be one of their best performing premises.
