As the current occupiers of this commercial building moved elsewhere and it went back onto the market, we were commissioned to revitalise 10,000m² of heavily stylised office space around a central atrium.
With a new façade and structural modifications, the double height entrance area is now visible from the street, whilst still fitting in harmoniously with the surrounding buildings. Inside, distinctive timber wraps, combined with bright white spaces have transformed the look and feel of the reception space and lead to bright, flexible and good quality refurbished office floors.
The result of this CAT A refurbishment is a light, bright and open space – an appealing blank canvas for a prospective occupier.
