The client kencko wanted to move its food production facility operations from Marvila Lisbon to Montijo to an existing disused industrial site. Project’s scope included the essential infrastructural adaptations and enabling works to the existing building - electrical, plumbing, air compressor, wi-fi and security and minor adaptation works. Client managed to successfully move and resume operations on new site on time and budget.
